KIMBERLY OCHESTER
Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in CBT and Narrative Therapy
I’m a clinical social worker who has worked with people from all backgrounds, who have struggles with a variety of challenges from depression and anxiety to addiction. I specialize in narrative therapy (what happens to you in your life forms the lens you see life through) and cognitive behavioral therapy (our thoughts affect our emotions which affect our behaviors). I have worked with clients of all ages, but most often I work with teens and adults.
I have always been someone who takes the “nontraditional “path and truly understand and support those who find their own way. I am excited to take on new clients and form continued partnerships of support, nonjudgmental acceptance, and healthy growth.
I am passionate about the work I do and have always combined clinical knowledge and understanding from lived experiences to help provide the needed supports for my clients. Though my services are pay-out-of-pocket and I do not accept insurance at this time, I do offer a sliding fee scale to help make these service more attainable.
